CAN DELIVER We purchased this RV to accommodate us while we built a second home in SC. We flew to SC occasionally to check on and facilitate the build. It was sleeping and planning quarters for us and was used minimally. When the home was complete we transported the RV to FL to a gated RV full hook up park in Wesley Chapel, Tampa. Since my husband's job takes him away from home 26 weeks a year and he won't be retiring for another 13 years we had to resign ourselves to the fact that we must wait to enjoy an RV lifestyle. Description: 2014 35' Rockwood Windjammer 3025W in excellent condition. The living room is in the rear of this unit. It has a flip jack sofa and 2 comfy recliners, an entertainment center which includes a fireplace and a 32" Toshiba flat screen TV. The kitchen has an island with counterspace and a split sink. Three burner Suburban stove/oven with an exhaust fan and light. A 2 door refrigerator/freezer and a Magic Chef microwave. Many cabinets for the cook. Dine at the table with 4 chairs. Bedroom has a queen bed with small shelves for your glass of water or reading glasses and there are windows on each side of the bed as week. A built in dresser with 8 drawers, several cabinets and a hanging wardrobe. Bathroom is at the very front of the trailer with his & her sinks and medicine cabinets, RV commode, glass enclosed shower and lots of storage cabinets. This unit has 3 slides measuring 2' x 10', 3' x 12' and 3' x 6'. Two entrance doors and an escape window. 6 gallon Suburban hot water tank, 2 30# propane tanks, outside storage, spare tire, roof ladder, 20' power awning, power tongue jack and power leveling jacks.
