It's a large unit but the weight is low enough that it still tows very easy with a 3/4 ton pickup. The unit is fully loaded with the larger tank sizes as well, 50 gal fresh, 100 gallon grey and 50 gallon black water tank. Aluminum/fiberglass construction with two slide outs, one for kitchen/living room and one for the master Queen sized bedroom. This unit has the separate kids room or bunkhouse with has 3 bunks, a scissor couch that folds into another bed as well as it's own entertainment center. Great floor plan for Kids!!
