Stone Fireplace, 4 seater reclining leather sofa, generous sized bathroom, TV's (all have DVD players included in unit) in all rooms and 2 air conditioners. Very comfortable RV, low maintenance, everything works as it should. Toy Hauler section is 12 feet with Happi-Jac lift queen size bed and bottom makes into King or can be 2 couches with a table.Toy Hauler area was used only as a bedroom for my twin daughters, and no vehicles were ever in back. Back Room has excellent storage, with cabinets and tv included. Screen and glass door separate back room from main cabin area. Back ramp makes into playpen screened porch. Generator never been used. Hot water heater can be gas or electric. Outside Shower, Glass enclosure for inside shower, Electric Awning, and stabilizers.
