The loft provides extra sleeping space for your kids or for friends.The kitchen and living area offer dual opposing slides. The first slide has a refrigerator, three burner range, and microwave. You will find the kitchen peninsula a huge help with the double sink and extra counter space. At the base of the peninsula there is a pantry for your canned/dry goods. The other slide has a sofa with recliners. You can enjoy relaxing on the sofa while viewing the entertainment center and fireplace on the interior wall.There are two sets of stairs, the first set will lead you into the bathroom. Model 381L12-6 offers a garage space for your toys, one and a half baths, a loft, fireplace, and triple slides throughout! You will love the convenience of loading your toys using the rear 8' ramp door. Inside the cargo area you will find you can easily secure 5000 lbs. of equipment with the tie downs supplied. There is overhead storage towards the front of the garage, and an overhead loft that will be the favorite for any kid. You also have a half bath off this space making it easy to keep all the dirt and grime where it belongs. For added seating and sleeping space enjoy the Happijac electric bed with bottom sofa/bed combo. This can be lowered once you are parked and the toys and equipment are removed. There is also a second side entry door in this space, plus an optional washer/dryer can be selected if you wish. Head inside using the interior garage entry door, or the front main entrance. You will find yourself in the combined kitchen and living area with dual slides. The curb side wall features a slide out sofa and dinette with four chairs for mealtimes, or maybe a card game or two. Opposite, the kitchen appliances slide out making it easy to move about as you whip up something good to eat.
