This is a 2011 Forest River Tracer Ultra Light Travel Trailer Model M 225. This is a 25 Foot trailer. This weighs 3250 Pounds is very lightweight for pulling behind smaller trucks and other tow vehicles you can tow with. This sleeps 6 has a queen bed, Twin bunk beds and the table that turns into a full size bed. It comes with a 3 burner stove, normal size kitchen sink, Microwave, Shower in bathroom, 2 propane tanks for cooking or heating trailer or to run your refrigerator on going down the road. We have made a few changes to help make storage more convenient and to make as much use of the room in the trailer. This comes with Trailer hitch as well as a few other accessories.The trailer has been stored in our drive and has been cleaned and waxed twice a year to keep it look like new. It was also had a clear coat put n the paint to protect it over the years which is called Xzilon gold pro coating. It is on the outside, carpet, leather and fabric to help protect it. This has a 5 year warranty on the outside and 3 on the inside coating.The trailer has been gently used for 3 trips which total about 10000 miles going down the road.
