2012 230 FBS Tracer by Forest River. Purchased new. Adult owned. Used less than 2 dozen times. Sleeps up to four with a queen in the front and the dinette folding in a queen as well. A large slideout houses the dinette. One of the few campers that have a restroom that can accommodate tall people, as I’m 6’4”. Restroom includes glass door standup shower, sink, toilet, and cabinets. The kitchen enjoys a large freezer and fridge that’s gas or electric powered; a three gas burner stove with gas oven; microwave; two sump sink; gas or electric water heater; lots of cabinet space. Storage throughout and under the dinette and bed. Entertainment is handled by a 24” flat screen, that can swivel to face either the bedroom or living area, and a sterio able to play DVD, CD, USB, AM/FM, cable, and antenna. Exterior and interior speakers can be turned on and off. Bedroom boasts overhead closets and vertical closets for hung clothes along with fabric doors and walk around bed.The outside hosts an awning; through storage in the front; outside water shower hookup; outside kitchen with fridge, 3 burner gas stove, sink, and storage; gas grill and outside TV hookup. The Artic Pack and central furnace and AC allows 3 season camping while the large fresh, grey, and black water tanks make it possible for primitive weekend camping if full hookup isn’t desired. waste tank cleanout is easy with the self contained rinse valve. 30A service. This is a 2011 Forest River Tracer Ultra Light Travel Trailer Model M 225. This is a 25 Foot trailer. This weighs 3250 Pounds is very lightweight for pulling behind smaller trucks and other tow vehicles you can tow with. This sleeps 6 has a queen bed, Twin bunk beds and the table that turns into a full size bed. It comes with a 3 burner stove, normal size kitchen sink, Microwave, Shower in bathroom, 2 propane tanks for cooking or heating trailer or to run your refrigerator on going down the road. We have made a few changes to help make storage more convenient and to make as much use of the room in the trailer. This comes with Trailer hitch as well as a few other accessories.The trailer has been stored in our drive and has been cleaned and waxed twice a year to keep it look like new. It was also had a clear coat put n the paint to protect it over the years which is called Xzilon gold pro coating. It is on the outside, carpet, leather and fabric to help protect it. This has a 5 year warranty on the outside and 3 on the inside coating.The trailer has been gently used for 3 trips which total about 10000 miles going down the road.
