We love this trailer. It's the third one we've had, by far the BEST one we've had, and, if we hadn't been ****** and gotten ourselves into debt, we'd never sell it. Selling it is almost like selling a child. It is luxury camping in an extremely well-designed compact unit. Now, if you have six kids and like to take your whole house with you, you won't like it. I say it sleeps a couple and two little kids well, or a couple and a normal-sized teenager, or, like us, just a couple without the kids or grandkids. We bought it and got rid of a bigger trailer because this trailer is extremely light and tows like a dream behind any basic V-8. It is also very pretty (the cherry wood only comes with the Touring Edition) and, it has incredible storage for its size. In fact, it has much better storage than the bigger trailer we had. It has a decent trailer shower (not the 1/4 bathtub kind that you bump your elbows every time you turn around, or step into a floor with a toilet!). It has all the storage most trailers have--cabinets over the sink, sofa and bed with the shirt closets, but it has something almost NONE anywhere close to that size has--a pantry cabinet for pots or paper plates, cups, etc., and three drawers underneath for utensils, binoculars, flashlights, or whatever. (You'll see the drawers pulled out in one of the photos.) And the final coup de grace was the large half closet in the bathroom. You can put big coats, suits, dresses, whatever that certainly won't fit in a typical shirt closet. And, on top of that closet is a whole area to put toilet paper, chemicals for holding tanks, extra soap, shampoo, large towels, etc. (both open and closed in the photos.) We couldn't find ANY trailer with the same weight that had all that storage and beauty anywhere. That's why we bought it. That's why we hate selling it. It's basically a new trailer with little wear. The offer is firm, since it's still priced well below what we could ask (how many trailers this small have a central vacuum built in?) and taking less will not help us get it off our books. Though not in the photos, it does have an outside hot/cold shower and an external gas line (for a grill) that's never been used and an electric jack. (After having a manual jack on the other trailer, I'd never have one again.) If you know about trailers, then thru storage (in the photos and plus storage under the raised bed) is a very big plus. The trailer also comes with the metal splash guard around the hitch area (also inthe photo) which we never appreciated until we had it. It saves the front of the trailer from rocks thrown up on the road. We're also giving away lots of other stuff as part of the package which anyone with a trailer needs--an expensive hitch that will tow a bigger trailer if ever necessary, chocks, Hitch-up Reference Poles, a 30-amp extension for difficult electrical hookups, small table, two LED lanterns, etc.
