This Forest River Sport Surveyor (SP240) Eco-Lite edition is a 2011 but was bought in June 2012 and is almost brand new. It was used no more than 12 times. It is 24-feet, includes one slide out as well as an outside kitchen (in addition to the full inside kitchen). It can sleep 4 and has a very large bathroom/shower with lots of storage. Originally paid $20K, can be yours for only $13K. Also available are two, 2000 Honda generators for $750 each.
