After less than one year - we decided RVing was not for us! We bought from a gentleman who was an Airplane Engineer by trade - the the RV is in exceptional condition. It is a 2012 and is equipped with many comforts - A/C; kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, sink, and plenty of cabinet storage / drawers. The RV can sleep @6 comfortably - with a Queen bed in the Master room; the shower; commode; sink all work perfectly; the RV also includes stereo inside / out with TV cable ready - pull down screen in the den along with a tv / dvd station in the master room. The tires are all upgrader per the Airline Engineer. The RV is outfitted with electronic lift as well as powered leveling jacks. Power awning and slide out equipped with the RV. This is the Surveyor Select SV-264 model, 10th Anniversary Edition. Extra clean, kept in covered storage, no fading or chalking, maintained by an aircraft mechanic. All systems work as intended. The only modification is a stainless steel kitchen sink, very professionally done. Extras include Tor-Flex suspension, electric tongue jack, electric stabilizer jacks, newer Maxxis tires, and a small gas grill that fits on the side. This unit has an external water filtration system (included). This is a rear-kitchen model with a 26" television that slides up out of the way, over the dinette. It also has an upgraded mattress, and sleeps comfortably.
