2005 Forest River Sunseeker 3100 (31ft) Great condition owned since 2009 with 14 ft SLIDE OUT all tires new within the last two years hardly any miles on tires (Michelin) .Purchased from Discount Tire, The body Ford. E-450 engine V10 regular unleaded fuel, automatic transmission with tow package. Backup camera ,Sleeping conditions queen bed in the back large queen overhead cab also sleeps two on table and one in scissors couch.Standup shower,full bathroom toilet and sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave above stove, lots of extra storage above table and couch and under kitchen seats. Onan 4000 generator is unleaded gas powered, propane or electrical fridge, air condition work great, Linoleum floors throughout except for cab area. Which is great for camping makes things simple for cleanup. The exterior is in GREAT condition except for left driver side rear corner has small dent. (see photo) Motorhome was buffed and waxed a year ago.
