Very clean inside, just serviced generator, everything runs great, just been camping in it. Cold AC in cabin for camping & when driving. Great cabin heater also runs on propane. Fridge/ freezer ice cold. Runs on propane or electric, great for dry camping or hookups. Shower/ toilets/sinks all great. Microwave. stove, oven are on propane, tires are great, just got new brakes, also the batteries to run the cabin are only a few month old. Easy to drive. I drive it all the time. You won't find a better deal! Valued at $38,000 selling for $31,000. My loss your gain. still has full warranty for 6,000 miles. Need to sell ASAP! moving & can't park it at our new place.
