Excellent Condition! Double queen beds on electric slide; 4k Onan generator with 336 hours; air conditioning; onboard fuel station/fuel pump/fuel filler; 10,810 gvwr; 106 gallon fresh water; outside shower; surround sound dvd and stereo with 12v flat panel (can watch movies with battery power only); microwave; large awning; power tongue jack; new tires; new batteries; hitch distribution system with sway control bars; 24ft bumper to tongue. Trailer was previously registered in California, however it was recently registered in Oregon and tags are good until February 2018. We have used this to haul a large variety of things. To list a few we have hauled 3 ATV's , 4 kayaks, (one14 foot kayak) small boats and several bikes. It sleeps six people comfortably in the beds. I will sleep more people if you put sleeping bags on the floor inside and outside on the drop-down cargo door. When the cargo door is down it can be used as a nice deck off the back of the RV. The RV has a large screen divider that covers the opening of the cargo door when it is open. An additional screen room can be purchased to create more screened space on the open cargo ramp deck. This is a very clean toy hauler in excellent condition (has never been wrecked and has never had moisture issues whatsoever). It's the perfect size to fit into most all campgrounds. This trailer has been garaged most of its life (in northern California) and is now ready for your enjoyment.
