FEATURES: 15K ducted AC, ducted furnace, instant tankless water heater, aftermarket speaker/woofer in living area, full size stand up shower with sliding glass doors, 30# LP bottles, spare tire, aftermarket sewer hose storage tube, laminate flooring in living area, gas/elec fridge with auto switch over. ROOF IN GOOD CONDITION. ISSUES: rear section of slide out has some water damage and a section needs to be rebuilt, previous customer had a blow out on the door side fender (new $250 fenderskirt was ordered and inside trailer - needs to be installed), toilet valve needs to be replaced ($45).
