Champion fifth wheel hitch included, two Air conditioning units, residential sized refrigerator, king sized bed, upgraded insulation, awesome indoor/outdoor sound system, plenty of storage, large shower (easily accommodates people over 6 ft tall), very easy to winterize. Fifth wheel is in great shape, lots of fun. Would love to keep it, but no longer have the truck to haul it,
