I have up for sale my super clean 2004 Forest River 31ft 5th wheel camper. It is currently located just north of Clermont FL. I am only selling it because I am looking to purchase a permanent home in Florida. Camper is in excellent condition. Will sleep six people. Has one 16ft super-slide. Has 4 new radial tires recently installed. Roof has been re-sealed by camper dealer last year. Has all the expected amenities you would expect in a camper, plenty of cabinet space, gas and electric refrig., gas stove w/oven has never been used. Has ceiling fan in living area and optional surround sound speaker system. Heat and air conditioning work perfect. This a very nice unit, you will be happy to own it! Excellent condition overall. Easy to tow! I tow this with a half ton Dodge truck.
