Nice and clean trailer. Has queen bed and dinette that converts to Full bed. Flush toilet and stand up shower, Has great roof A/C very cold. Good size fridge and freezer both work great. New tires a year ago. Very sturdy trailer. Recently had rear floor and framing replaced from a leaky water connection that happened years ago. All new under the bed now. Water tank and plumbing all work great. Outside shower is nice when you are at the beach. Two propane tanks last a long time. Pulls well. Weigh 3900 lbs I think. I will post a pic of the vehicle specs that are posted inside the cupboard soon. We pulled with a Honda Pilot and it was ok. Recent work: New tires last year, wheel bearings greased. Braked checked beginning of summer. Water damage in rear floor repaired by Premier RV in La Habra. Have all paperwork. and pink slip. Ready to sell.
