Price Reduced!!!! When buying a used camper you normally have work to do to it. Not this one!!!!!! Perfect condition inside and out. Living area has bay windows, 9ft slide out with new carpet and wainscoat paneling to spotlight your slide as people enter, surround sound system on the TV and stero. Kitchen area shares with living area. The kitchen has ceramic sinks, microwave hood so your microwave does not take your counter space,pull out pantry, gas stove and oven, subzero frig with seperate freezer. The dressing area and bathroom splits the living area from the queen size bedroom for your privacy, lots of storage space and closets,extra storage under the mattress. 2 gas bottles all you do is flip a switch and change to the full bottle. Storage under the floor and in the front. New Kool seal, all units has been checked and serviced in May 2016. 5 new tires with less than 30 miles on them. The furniture that was in it was home made, I removed and put my personal furniture. Their is a couch, end tables and two recliners. I wanted to take it but I will negoiatate a price if you want it to stay. The only thing I must take with me is the mattress. Looks like home on inside. It is in a RV park until May 16th with rental paid. If you are going to leave here we can talk about a price of the huge deck overlooking Keowee. NADA price for this RV is 12,135. I am selling due to health problems and need to move back to Greenville
