2006 Cardinal by Forest River 5th wheel with 2 slide outs and the interior kitchen in the back. the sofa converts to a double bed and the kitchen table/booth converts to another sleeping area which an adult can fit or two children. the front houses a king size bed, large closet and storage area as well as lower and upper cabinets. there is a full size shower, separate toilet room and sink. kitchen is ample size and refrigerator/freezer is wood paneled to match the cabinets. d...ouble sink, 3 burner gas stovetop and oven with a microwave above. all windows have privacy blinds. my husband has kept this trailer in excellent shape, tires are in very good shape, no issues with the roof or anything else. the outside houses an outside shower, large storage space under the front bedroom going all the way from side to side and additional storage in front. We bought this 3 years ago where an older couple had bought it brand new and barely used it. This is a well made camper. A/C unit works perfect, no issues with that or mechanical parts elsewhere. NADA pricing suggest $16,000, we're asking $13,500 OBO.
