THIS CAMPER IS LOCATED IN IOWA at the intersection of I-80 & I-35. DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CAMPER. For sale is a 2010 Forest River Flagstaff HW27SC camper, which includes pretty much every accessory needed or wanted for camping. We bought this camper new in 2010 and have used in less than 20 days in the past 5 summers due to busy schedules. This camper has lived a life of luxury because it was stored in our garage next to our cars since we owned it. So, no hard summer sun beating down on it, and no wet spring rain putting moisture on the metal frame or wood, and no frigid winters pushing snow on and under the camper! Since this camper has been minimally used and nicely stored, the vinyl and mesh pop up portion of the camper has NO tears, holes, snags, cracks, or leaks! We paid $16,000 for this camper new in 2010 and are asking $8750 or best offer. As I mentioned, this camper has everything! First off, it is a HIGH WALL pop-up camper, which is different from a traditional pop-up because there is a larger fixed wall in the camper. This means larger cabinets, larger refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, fixed built in toilet, and more! This camper is SPACIOUS! It includes a king size bed (70" x 80"), queen size bed (60" x 80"), and a third sleeping area (50" x 72") that also double as the dinette. The dinette slides out for more interior space can easily sit 4 people. We only used the gray water tank (drain for dishes and shower drain) and NEVER actually used the toilet. So, the toilet is fresh and clean for the next owner! Below are some of the other features: -3 burner stove -Stainless steel oven -2 bowl sink -6 gallon water heater -Stainless steel refrigerator -Built in stainless steel microwave -Air conditioner -Heater -Built in toilet with shower -Outdoor shower -Stereo/CD player with built in speaker inside and outside -TV/Satellite Prewiring -Awning -Attachable outdoor gas grill -POWER lift for opening and closing camper -Dual propane tanks with auto switching -Heated mattresses -TONS of countertop space and the counters are at a normal usable heights (not short ones) -Stainless steel rock guard at the front of the camper to protect it ...AND MORE!! Our family loves this camper, but there is just not enough time in our schedules to get out and enjoy it. Some of our favorite features (stuff we appreciated the most) was the attachable grill (easy and fast to use with gas hose that quickly attaches to the grill), microwave (popcorn, side dishes, snacks), heated mattresses (stay cozy warm in bed and have the option to keep the heat off), AIR CONDITIONER (sounds funny, but this a/c is powerful enough to keep up in HOT/HUMID Midwest summers, and I also appreciated the power lift (make setting up the pop-up much less work)! If you are seriously interested, I would be glad to take the time to pop the camper up so you can take a look. It takes about 25 minutes to put the camper up and 25 minutes to take it down, so serious inquiries only! If you are coming from out of town, please plan enough time to look at the camper if you are going to make the trip! The title is clear and ready to be transferred. We will only accept cashiers checks or cash! Sorry, NO personal checks. The camper is 19.5 feet CLOSED. Dry weight is 2800 pounds and hitch weight is 280 pounds. Deposit must be paid through PayPal or in person (cash or cashiers check) within 48 hours of auction close.
