I am selling my 2007 31' Flagstaff Bunkhouse Travel Trailer. This trailer is in excellent shape. It has been meticulously maintained and cared for. It has a new deep-cycle RV battery, new smoke and Co detector. It sleeps 8 people with the master bedroom and the lower bunk having heated mattresses. The entertainment center has a flat panel TV, AM/FM/CD/DVD (with digital 5.1 surround sound) and satellite radio, outdoor speakers. Bathroom has a custom built cabinet for storage. It has an outdoor gas grill that has never been used. It has central ducted heating and air conditioning, gas/electric refrigerator and water heater. Gas oven/stove, microwave oven. Lots and lots of storage throughout the camper, both inside and out. 19' front awning. It has a 12.5' dinette/couch super slide with a slide topper. a spare tire carrier and a hitch for a bike rack. It comes with a winter cover for storage. The dry weight of this camper is 6200 lbs and can be towed by a half ton vehicle. We used it 6 - 7 times a year and the last 5 years our grown children have not gone with us so it was just my wife and I. This camper is immaculate. NADA values this camper in average condition with all the options at $16,600.00, and this is in above average condition. I will also consider a reasonable offer, motivated seller.
