Living room has sectional leather couch with 2 leather matching swivel rockers, with electric fireplace and new tv that is hidden by remote behind the fireplace. Dining area has freestanding table and 4 chairs. Bedroom has queen size walk around bed with large mirrored closet and washer/dryer hookup. RV has 3 slide outs, 2 a/c units, power awning, gooseneck hitch adapter, power jacks, insulated ALL weather construction for use year round. The only noticeable flaw is on the front door where someone used a screwdriver to break in. The door and lock work fine, it's just scratched up. Well cared for RV with an average NADA retail value of $40,000. This RV is above average with an asking price of $29,500 OBO.
