Selling our 2013 Surveyor Sport SP220 Travel Trailer in MINT condition. "10th Anniversary Edition" NADA book value over $22,000!! This trailer has only been on roughly 6 trips and has not been used in the last two seasons. It is 22' long, has one slide out and was ordered with every option available. MSRP as ordered was over $30,000. We have taken Excellent care of this trailer, it also has several custom upgrades making it better than new that are NOT available on new units. These upgrades were done properly and look factory. 1- Toilet sprayer. Makes it easier to keep the toilet clean. See photo. 2- Accordian door on bathroom. Trailer came with a swing out door on the bathroom that required the slide to be out to access the bathroom. Now if you stop in a rest area or on the side of the road somewhere there is no need to put the slide out to use your nice clean bathroom! 3- Drawers under bed. Lots of under bed storage. problem is you don't want to lift the bed every time you need to access it. I added drawers to one side only, near the entry door, leaving the opposite side as it was. See photo. 4- Cutting board. Added a fold away bamboo cutting board that secures for travel to the end of the counter. One person can be doing some work inside and placing food onto the board and the person outside just slides open the access panel in the screen door or opens the door to transfer stuff to the outside for cooking. Works and looks awesome. Options: Not sure I can remember every option but you can also do research online to see what was available. The big ones are. . . 1- 15,000 BTU AC as opposed to the standard 13,500. 2- Better quality Serta Dreamscape queen size mattress. (I still recommend a foam topper) 3- Electric hitch jack. Very convenient. You don't appreciate it until you have it. 4- Electric awning. See above 5- Three burner stove. Instead of two 6- Fantastic Fan in bathroom 7- Oven 8- Upgraded raised panel cabinets and trim 9- Larger propane tanks 10- Larger HD battery 11- Day / Night shades 12- Roof ladder -More below I believe our interior is called "Espresso" I'm sure there are plenty of other sites that show photos of the inside and out. I don't have a lot but will attach what I have. This trailer has a boatload of storage that you will be hard pressed to fill. It also has an outside shower, outside lights, outside speakers. The TV spins around so you can see it from the bed or from the dinette or mount it outside. It has great looking aluminum wheels, has a twin axle for greater stability and load capacity and has all black trim. We always got tons of compliments on the look of this trailer, inside and out.
