This 2011 Cedar Creek Cottage 40 foot model CRL (a picture of the floorplan is included) has been very lightly used and has all of the amenities except for a washer/dryer, which could be easily added (already plumbed and wired for it). It was our winter destination for 3 months of the year, but we only slept in it for the most part because we have a small Florida room on site that we spend most of our time in. The trailer is large and spacious with plenty of room to more around in, even in the bedroom. On the outside it has an electric awning, slide toppers on all three slides, thermopane windows, two 15,000 BTU air conditioners with programmable thermostat, an entire coach water filtration system and additional stabilizer jacks. Inside it features a 20 gal. electric water heater, thermostat controlled Fantastic Fans with rain sensors in both the kitchen and bath, solid cherry cabinets, an electric fireplace and a retractable 32" LCD flat panel HDTV with full Dolby Digital Prologic Surround Sound stereo. The kitchen as plenty of storage and counter space and includes Corian countertops, a 3 burner propane stove with oven (never been used), a 30 inch Amana Convection/Microwave oven and a large 18 cu. ft. residential refrigerator with ice maker. The cottage sleeps 4 with a queen bed with Trump premium mattress in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa with an inflatable mattress with built in air pump. We replaced most of the original halogen puck lighting with LED lights which are brighter and have not needed frequent replacing like the halogen's do. We have kept all of the lights and they can be changed back if you wanted to. We are the original owners. It was towed only once from the dealer to its present location in Florida, approximately 1,000 miles, by professional movers. Also included is a custom built entry porch and stairs with LED lighting.
