2008 Flagstaff 827FLS in great condition. Purchased new in spring 2009 in Grain Valley, MO. Includes 15000 btu roof mount air conditioner. Appliances included are 3 burner cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. All work great and are in like new condition. Awning in great shape with no rips or tears. All interior furniture like new as you can see from the pictures. Towed about an hour away 4-5 times first year owned, but stored at a facility 5-10 miles away from where used after that. Total miles pulled well under 3000 since new. Also includes outside speakers, outside grill, rear ladder, aluminum wheels and much more. Several other accessories purchased that will go along. Towed using an equalizer hitch which will also be included. Everything about this trailer is like new condition.
