The overall condition of this coach is great. There is minimal to no wear on the exterior, the finish is very nice and the coach has been kept in covered storage. The tires are original but have less than 4k miles. The interior is also very nice, nothing to note, and the coach only needs a new owner. 2011 RockWood Signature Ultra Lite RV. We are the second owners, no smokers ever, and we just arenâ€™t using it enough. When we bought this unit it looked as though the first owners had never used it at all. With a dry weight of only 7,000lbs, this camper can be towed with a 1/2 ton truck. The two living room slides on this camper open up to 15â€™ wide, plenty of room to enjoy the pop up TV and the atmosphere of the electric fireplace. The entertainment center has speakers inside and out and works with cdâ€™s, the radio, an XM subscription or the music library on your iPod. Everything is powered, the stabilizer jacks, the awning and all three slides. Just push the buttons. All the day night shades are in new condition and the queen mattress in this unit is a standard length queen, not the short queen found in most RVs. The jack knife couch opens up to make another comfortable bed with itâ€™s own air mattress that is packed inside the couch. The mattress inflates at the touch of a button and power deflates the same way, packing back up quickly and easily. There is a counter extension in the kitchen which we modified onto a roll around cart. The buyer can either keep it that way or use the hardware to return the extension to its original position. This camper comes with a nice propane grill that clips on to the outside of the camper with a propane plug just beneath from the coach tank. The heavy duty platform on the rear of this fifth wheel was there when we bought it. It is two feet deep and the width of the camper, professionally installed with a receiver hitch. We have a remote start, 3000 Yamaha generator mounted onto this shelf which is available as a separate purchase. We also have the NADA pricing guide, showing the low and average value according to NADA. We are below NADA, asking $27,000. As I said, the generator is available as a separately priced item.
