Hard to find, top line pop-up. Opens to 23 feet. Dinette slideout gives it a width of 9.5 feet! Galley pop-out. Exterior shower, Like-new cassette toilet (used one weekend). Inside/outside music. New tires including spare. Powered tongue jack. Manual leveling jacks. Powered opening winch is a great feature! Electric brakes. Outdoor propane grill in addition to 3 burner galley stove. Tinted window closures for during the daytime with AC, plus zippered canvas closures over them for privacy. All screens in good condition. Roof has been sealed with polymeric coating. New cowl on 13,500 BTU A/C. Propane space heater, 6 gal water heater. 3-way refrigerator. There is about 12" of a seam in the canvas near the door that needs sewing repair. I have repaired two small spots in the canvas that allowed some moisture to seep in during days of heavy rain. No leaks now even in heavy rain. Everything works. No leaks.
