2004 Sandpiper by Forest River Fifth Wheel - $11,500 Series M-32BHSS 2003 on the registration but 2004 floor plan. 33’ 5th wheel with super slide. Extremely well maintained. Central Air Unit is roof mounted and can be single room or ducted to bedrooms. Furnace is floor mounted and is ducted throughout. Electric Microwave in working condition. 3 Burner Gas cooktop. Gas oven Ceiling Fan. Electric/Gas Water Heater Large Manual Awning. Power Slide Out. Power Landing Gear (front leveling jacks) Outside Shower Handle. New Tires Fall of 2016, less than 20 miles on the tires. I am the third owner of this extremely well maintained camper. The original owner custom ordered this unit late enough in 2003 that it was built with a 2004 floor plan. That owner decided they didn’t want to camp after a partial season. The second owner kept it on a permanent site in Waseca, MN for the time that they owned it. Since I bought it in 2013 we have used it approximately 4 to 5 times per year. I estimate there is less than 10,000 miles on the running gear. I did put new tires on this past fall, the originals were 14 years old per the DOT date coding and they were starting to crack. Unit has been stored indoors and was freshly washed before it was put away. Storage is paid through April of 2017. This price does not include the personal effects and/or accessories that are in the camper, however everything is negotiable. This is being sold by a private party, however to protect myself and a buyer as well as allow me to show a trade in, I have a relative that will do the paperwork through his auto dealership. I am not interested in trades of ANY sort. I will schedule times for you to look at it if you would like as it is currently in storage. A $500 deposit will hold it otherwise it is for sale until I have certified funds in my hand.
