They have removed the dinette booth and replaced it with a wall-mounted fold-down table and chairs. The entire roof was professionally replaced and paid for by insurance in the last two years. 5th Wheel Toy Hauler with separate garage area and 1 - 12ft slide out. Ducted A/C and heat, 5.5kW gas generator, refrigerator, microwave, oven - all work well. Very comfortable queen memory foam bed in bedroom. New items purchased in 2015 include: Tires, brakes and bearings, batteries, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Minor bumps and bruise here, and there but there's no leaks and she tows very well. 9,500lbs dry weight. 12,000 gross vehicle weight rating. 3/4 ton truck should pull it with no problems. Priced low for a quick sale - looking to upgrade.
