Overall Very Clean! Good Condition See photos for details. Length 23.83 ft. (286 in.) Length (closed) 17.17 ft. (206 in.) NEW ITEMS: - SAFE-T-ALERT BOX - BATTERY - New Tongue Jack See Photos: Used the last 2 seasons with no issues. 1. A few stains near one of the windows. I did not make sure the wet area I had needed to dry a bit more and it endedup staining 2. The top of the camper, near the jack had been dented a bit and I had it fixed and reinforced as an extra precaution all the way across. Been fine the last 2 seasons. With these mentioned I priced the camper lower.
