Much newer & less used than it sounds. Must see! This unit was bought new on the dealers lot Oct 2003, but not delivered to the campground until May 2004. While closing it up in Oct 2004 I discovered a problem with the roof. It was under warrenty and a complete new roof was installed Feb/Mar 2005. Also newer are: New A/C 2008/hail, new 21' awning 2011/hail, and a new battery - 2016. Only used 2-3 months a year for the past five years. Very clean inside. Lots & lots of storage.Ideal for semi or permanent set-up on a lake, etc, or, for long week-ends/extended stays as we used it. Clean.
