It built on the f450 Heavy Duty chassis and powered by a 6.8 liter Triton power plant. The onan generator only has 10 hours of run time on the meter. We dont typically sell these units so we are not equipped to do any PM work. I would suggest an oil change on the motor and the generator and an air filter inspection. The ford chassis only has 19,600 miles so the brakes should be fine. The front tires are Michelin and the rears are coopers, the receipt for the rears are in the owners manual folder.I recently drove this up to lake Murray Oklahoma and it performed as it should, the dash a/c and roof a/c are cold. The hot water heater, fridge and heater all work as they should. I did not cook or use the oven, the fridge was cold. The water flow on the bathroom sink is slow, the shower has normal pressure. The power slide works fine and the backup camera has a color monitor. The TV is missing and it does not have a mat overhead to sleep on. One of the curtains is missing on the overhead. The outside is clean, no damage, some of the decals are faded on the front and rear. The floor is carpet in the front drivers area, linoleum tile in the kitchen and bath room, oak wood floor in the rear of the coach. I feel like its a solid RV that has a lot of good miles left. New ones similar size are $70,000-$90,000 they are new and fancy however this one gets the job done. Look at the pictures and watch the video.
