Purchased RV New and never traveled, was used on a Seasonal Site. The RV is located in Lowell, Indiana. RV amenities: Ducted A/C, Large Refer, Microwave, Stove w/Oven, 2-Flat screen TV's, 2-DVD player, AM/FM/CD player with in/out speakers, Outside Kitchen with Refer, Microwave, Pull out LP Stove, 2 Slide Outs (one in living room/kitchen, one in rear/second bedroom) both have flat floor, sleeps 8-10 with Queen size walk around bed, jack knife sofa, extra large dinette and "loft" bed above entertainment center in rear/second bedroom which also has jack knife sofa bed with bunk above, 10 gal LP/Elec water heater, pass thru front storage and under master bed, wood cabinets and storage everywhere, and much much more! Plus I'm including a REESE heavy duty adjustable ball mount and 2 5/16 ball and the equalizer bars (only used to pull trailer one time!) Also, we will leave items such as linens, floor rugs, water & sewer hose, various water/electrical supplies, some decor items, etc. Must Sell the kids are college bound and no time to use it.
