2016 Forest River Cherokee M-274DBH Travel Trailer. Length 31 feet, dry weight 6,243 pounds. This camper is in excellent condition and has a clear title. It has a 30,000 BTU furnace, 3,500 BTU air conditioner, refrigerator, oven with 3 burner cook top, microwave, 39 amp converter, 6 gallon water heater, Omni-directional TV antenna, stereo, queen bed and two bunks, power awning, power tongue jack and much more. The camper is actually better than new as since purchased we have added a new gel coat bunk mattress, battery disconnect switch, bug screens on all outside vents, shelving and a toilet paper holder in the bath, drawer slides and outside levels. Used lightly last summer on just a few trips here in Missouri, I am asking $17,900. This includes a hitch and equalizer bars for towing. This camper was an impulsive buy. It sleeps up to eight and has proved to be much more than we need as a couple. It is in pristine condition and very clean. It even still smells new.
