This is the same as new. It was bought to use for work then my work changed and it has only been stayed in for 2 weeks since it was brand new. The unit includes a sectional and 2 swivel recliners, fireplace with retractable tv, stereo dvd player, deluxe cabinets and kitchen, dual full length opposing slides on the kitchen/ living area. Full bath with extra large shower. Ducted a/c, queen bed with slide in the master bedroom. Plenty of closet and storage space. Factory installed washer and dryer. Power awning, exterior gas grill, and auto detect satellite dish. The unit also has the auto level system on it. Just unhook from your truck and push the button and it levels itself. There is really no way to describe the unit other than same as new. The unit has been pulled less than 2000 miles.
