Clean and Kept 2011 Flagstaff Classic Super Light 8528RKWS. 30' 4", Dry weight, 7000lbs, Fresh water; 43 gal, Grey water; 76 gal between two tanks, Black water; 38 gal, (2) 30 lbs. propane tanks. FEATURES: XM radio option, Aluminum Wheels option, Good tires, Dual Batteries, External Grill w/ attachment option, 16' power awning, power landing gear, power rear stabilizers, 35000 BTU furnace, updated electronic thermostat, AC unit, Gas/Electric fridge, fantastic fan in bathroom, 32" LCD TV, gas/electric 6 gal water heater, outside water sprayer, ceiling fan, two water hoses, a 50amp power adaptor, four orange levelers, two treated 2x6 for leveling wheels, spare tire. This has been a great little camper. The outside grill is one of my favorite features. The whole down stairs has one long slid out making it feel roomy and not cramped. Installed a large mirror on the bathroom door. We had installed a water hook up underneath camper so as to be in-closed if camper was skirted. A simple valve switches between factory water inlet on back of camper, or to new water hook-up on underneath. Also, because it is a 30 amp electrical system, we installed a secondary independent circuit with an outside male receptacle for a 10 or 12 gauge extension cord. Can send more pictures if desired. Shipping is up to the buyer. However, transport consideration negotiable up to Salt Lake City UT in early April.
