1994 Rockwood popup camper - AS IS - $2500 oboPopup is in fair condition. Needs a little love and fixing up but still has a lot of life left. The good: - Recently had bearings re-packed and drove from Indiana to Florida with no problems. - Electronics and mechanics in good working order - all lights, fridge, outlets, propane furnace, stove, sink, etc.- Queen, full & single bed, cushions all in good shape. Sleeps 5 adults easily. What needs work: - Cable lifting backside is broken. $400-800 to repair. - Screen door needs to be re-attached.- Some drawers are loose. - Zipper doesn't work very well on awning case If you want to see the inside you will need to call me since the cable broke that lifts the back half up.

2010 Forest River Rockwood Roo 233: One Owner, shed stored, well maintained, and being sold "ready to camp". Comes with truck hitch, sway bar and load leveler. 2rv water hoses, 2 shore lines (30amp) with various adapters for home/camp connections, water filter and pressure regulator. 2 sets of leveling blocks, a new sanitary waste line with various adapters, rubber gloves (latex freeExam gloves) and a drill-adapter to lower or raise stabilizers using a cordless drill. Outdoor ground pad under and beautiful awning, two new rubber maid trash cans with lids, and all cook ware (including utensils) etc. There is nothing wrong with this camper...we are going to try cruising for a few years and don't want it to sit unused. The camper has: 3 queen beds on the pop-outs, the dinning table converts to a twin and the couch opens to a double making the two another queen. It sleeps 8 no problem...if the campers are happy ;-). The mattress heaters work and so do the bunk bed fans/lights. There is plenty of storage overhead and under the bench seats and foot of the beds. The full size shower in a mid sized bathroom is very nice. The outside shower works well too! All appliances work and they were well maintained. The camper comes with an outdoor proprietary gas stove (that is is still in the box...we like charcoal). Do your homework researching Rockwood Roo 23's and you will see that the "ready to go camping" price is very reasonable. The only thing you will need is a vehicle rated to tow this gem. Speaking of towing...she pulls like a dream and is very easy to maneuver in some of our oldest Natioanl Parks and Campgrounds. $10,500.00 3523396363
