This is a well maintained 1 owner 5th wheel. We have used it very little which is why it is for sale. It pulls great and is easy to maneuver. •3 slides •Tile floor•Granite counter tops•Upgraded kitchen faucet•TV antenna with booster•Wired for cable and satellite•Grey, black and galley tanks•Outdoor gas grill•Electric awning•Spare tire and carrier•Sealed belly•central vac •50" retractable TV•DVD•Fireplace•King pin tripod•Indoor outdoor sound system •Electronic leveling system with the push of a button•Outdoor shower •Black tank wash •Fold out couch •2 recliners •Dinette w\4 chairs •electric awning •Tires are like new!•Fifth wheel hitch goes with it. Rails may have to stay depending on how they are fastened to truck frame. I think they are just bolted in.There is minor damage to the ladder and a scuff on the left front fender. The ladder rail is bent but all of the structural mounting points are solid. The scuff on the fender has a small crease but isn't noticeable. The scuff can be gotten out with rubbing compound. see pictures for both.I DO NOT NEED HELP SELLING THIS.
