Very clean low miles on this 28' Class B+ RV.  Ford E450 chassis and has new Michelin tires as originals were recalled by manufacturer at 10,000 miles.  V10 gas motor with automatic transmission. Two slides on driver side, one for the U-dinette and one for the bed.  Interior is leather with  cherry/spice raised panel cabinets and corian counter tops.   Full awning and awning topers over slides, lots of storage.  So much more I can't list it all.  I have a manufacturers brochure of this unit in .pdf format I can send you to review all the standard features.Lexington is made by Forest River and is a higher end coach.  The GTS model is the highest trim level and there are many options on top of the standard equipment.  Main factory options include 15K BTU air with electric heat pump, flat screen TV in the bedroom, back up camera, GPS navigation, fantastic fans in the living room and bedroom, automatic hydraulic leveling jacks at all four corners, and full body paint with front end paint protection.  Please look at the pictures and see for yourself that it is loaded and very nice.  All equipment is in great shape, looks fantastic, and operates as it should. This RV is small enough to maneuver without problems but comfortable enough for extended travels. It's streamlined and looks fantastic.  The outside is full fiberglass on sides and roof.  Fully self contained with 4K generator and propane tanks. This coach has always been stored under roof and still is presently.  The NADA value for this RV with 16,000 miles is $77,000 average retail and $64,000 low retail with included options.  I can send you the NADA evaluation in .pdf format if desired.  I am asking $55,000 to move it before the season starts.  Vehicle is currently winterized.  Price is somewhat negotiable. We are selling the unit because my wife now works full time and we just don't have much time to use the coach.   It's just a shame that it sits most of the time, it needs to be out on the road.  There are no problems with the unit at all other than some very minor issues which I can explain in person or on the phone.Call any evening with questions.  I may not be able to answer phone during the work day so just leave a message and I will return the call after work.  Thanks for looking...
