1 Year old used about 8 times installed to tvs super clean unit. We out grew this unit we are now purchasing a toy hauler. this is perfect for a family sleeps 8 needs nothing at all well kept. Electric jacks one slide out easy setup. Has privet master bedroom room with its own TV and bunk beds in rear out side shower. Two doors one leads to the bathroom for for more privacy to the trailer you don't have to walk through the whole trailer if you outside BBQ or enjoying the evening you could just walk right into the bathroom private quarters. Tags just paid for plus with me your saving tax and license and any prep and docs fee that any dealer will charge you
