This Rockwood Roo is essentially new. We used it only one time to go to Disneyland and have never used the bathroom or shower.  I paid $26K for it one year ago new. We decided the trailer was a little big for us - let our loss be your gain! We have taken the depreciation hit for you. For added security, I changed all the locks on the trailer (except the front door) since I learned that other trailer manufactures and other industries use the same key. The front door lock and deadbolt is unique and didn't require changing.  Interior features include 2 SLIDE OUTS AND TWO POP OUTS a roof a/c unit, furnace, water heater, double door refrigerator, LPG gas/smoke detector, tv, tv antenna w/booster, dvd player, queen bed. Tired of driving all over to look at junk. You will not be wasting your time with this 2010 Rockwood Roo 21ss hybrid trailer. Trailer is in great condition. Other than camping, trailer has been under an rv cover since coming off the lot. Well taken care of. Interior is perfect, no scratches, dents, fading, or holes. Exterior has a couple of scratches that are pictured but nothing that can see without trying to find it. Front motorized tongue jack has a cracked plastic housing but operates perfectly. Roof is perfect, no leaks. Has dual batteries, exterior gas connection for BBQ. Huge 13 foot slide out. Has two queen sized heated beds, plus dinette and jackknife couch. Sleeps 6 easily. Awning and pop out tents are perfect. Tires were purchased last summer and are good quality. Not the junkie ones. Probably the coolest aspect of this trailer is the rear bumper. Professionally engineered and installed rear bumper that was used to increase storage capacity. Bumper carried the largest truck bed box available with two bicycles on it. Easily holds 400 pounds. Trust me, you will not find another trailer with this bumper capacity. Weighs 4400lbs. My F150 easily pulls it.
