Introducing the all new 2017 Rockwood Mini Lite 2306! It's 23' long, weighs only 3,890 lbs, and will sleep up to (6) people! I'm a big guy, and honestly, I didn't get that boxed in feeling when I walked through this travel trailer, it's actually very roomy. The 2306 floor plan has the new Murphy Bed option which gives you a full queen bed or a nice sofa for extra seating. It has a booth dinette which also converts into a bed, across from that is a full kitchen with a (3) burner stove top, an oven, a microwave oven with an exhaust hood, a sink, and a double door refer with Maple fronts! Actually, all of the cabinets in this Rockwood are upgraded solid Maple and they really give this RV a great look! It has a 24" LCD TV with an AM/FM/CD/DVD player. In the rear of the RV is the bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a counter top with sink and underneath storage, and a toilet. Beside the bathroom is the double bunk beds. Again, it's a really nice floor plan and it has a ton of options and features! Here's a list. The interior color is Sydney with the Maple cabinets. It has the Sapphire package which consists of the Oyster (cream) colored exterior, bonded frameless windows, and aluminum wheels. It has the upgraded Maple cabinetry, pull down privacy night shades, a power tongue jack, a gas oven, the wood look flooring, raised panel refer fronts, heated holding tanks, the convenience package "A", an upgraded 15K BTU A/C, a power awning, a rear ladder, it has the Murphy bed option, a heated mattress, a water purifier, and a create-a-breeze bathroom fan with cover!
