One owner retired couple.  Non smokers.  Used two months for two summers while looking for house to buy. WE found the house, now the TT needs a new home.  This trailer is perfect for a senior couple. When not in use was winterized and stored under a RV carport with side protection all the way around.  No sun damage, fading, and no rain damage. Absolute perfect condition.  Has new Maxxim 10 ply tires.  Has double vanities in bath.  Has kitchen island and electric fireplace.  Has dual A/C Ducted and ducted furnace, both gas and electric.  Three slides, stabilizer bars, 18' electric awning, outside grill. Has water outlet for water hose and outside shower.  Front door and bedroom door to outside.  Entertainment system, stereo system, speakers inside and out. Antenna for local channels, or use the DISH Tailgator to get what ever channels you want. Comes with a DISH Tailgator with reciever and remote. Theatre seats, kitchen table with 4 chairs with table extension.Large refrigerator with cherry wood exterior freezer.  Kitchen cabinets is cherry wood and all trim is cherry wood along with bedroom dresser and bathroom cabinets, etc.  Kitchen island has large double sink with stainless faucet that pulls for ease of rinsing dishes and veggies. Ten gallon hot water heater automatic on and off. Bedroom has queen size mattress with a tempur pedic topper.  Lineolum through out except for carpet under theatre recliners and dining table.  Walk in shower and with skylight.  Bathroom has double vanities and medicine cabinets   Large enough for two adults to be infront of the bathroom sinks at the same time. Electric jacks for leveling  Comes with super heavy duty stabilizer bars, and receiver. Two propane tanks and 12 v batteries. This Rockwood has been pulled by a Toyota Tundra 380 V8 and a Ford Diesel Powerstroke 440 V8   Both trucks had plenty of power to pull.  But, the Tundra had some trouble with wind currents going through mountain passes, around Cloudcroft NM.
