2013 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2901SS Travel Trailer by Forest River. This RV looks and operates like new. The RV has been kept in a heated barn, so there are no stains or discoloration due to the sun. This RV was custom built with heated fresh, grey and black water tanks along with a manual awning and stabilizer jacks. The underbelly is heated and enclosed. The RV has 30 amp electric. The RV is 32 feet from bumper to tongue and the dry weight is 5,520 pounds. The interior of the trailer has one queen size bed at the front of the trailer that has two curtain partitions. The original queen size mattress that came with the trailer has never been slept on and is wrapped in plastic. There is a rear bedroom that has four twin size bunk beds in the back of the RV. The bathroom has a corner, walk-in shower. There is tons of storage on the inside and two-pass through compartments at the front and back of the trailer. There is an outdoor grill and table that attaches to the outside of the trailer and outdoor speakers. This trailer is shown by appointment only. Asking $16,500 firm. Clear title in hand.
