We looked for 6 months for this RV. It is in excellent condition. Health forces sale. Lexington 235 by Forest River. 23 feet - easy to drive. Slide out All systems checked out by RV technician and Curtis Ford - everything works fine. 6 new(er) Michelin tires (3K miles on them) New 32" flat screen TV No scratches, fading, pets, smoke, tears, leaks. No interior signs of wear at all. 38,000 miles. F450 - V10 engine. Brakes, hoses, belts, shocks all in excellent condition. Sofa converts to bed. Dinette to a smaller bed. 2 new deep cycle house batteries. New(er) awning recently replaced. AC in cab and coach work great. Full bath with shower. Full kitchen w/micro Refrigerator/Freezer works great. Outside shower. Arctic package. Roof examined by technician - all OK The usual extras: water hose, etc.We live in a retirement community on hwy 12 half-way between Santa Rosa and Sonoma.
