Excellent running and operating coach. Many new items: 6 new tires (1 year old), 4 new awnings, hot water tank and heater, 32" flat screen TV, new steps, and batteries. All the comforts of home: power mirrors with defrost, queen size sleeper sofa, table bed, cold weather package, hydrolic jacks, tow hitch, double sink, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, queen size bed with double slides in bedroom with 2 chairs with ottomans (great owners suite), outside shower, two air conditioners, gas furnace, gas/electric hot water heater, and more. We have owned this coach since 2010 and we are the second owners. We have taken excellent care of the coach, and have loved using it for our family vacations. She has never let us down.
