Includes an allowance of $5000 for re-upholstery and $500 for interior detailing. You may purchase "as-is" for as low as $63,500.Beautiful rig, perfectly maintained inside and out, except some cat claw punctures on sofa and chairs however we will re-upholster before pickup or $5000 allowance may be taken. No odors or soils from animals, but for comfort of buyer a detailing of interior will be done or $500 allowance can be taken. Immaculate and user friendly kitchen with plenty of storage and slide out pantry and drawers. Gas stove/oven, microwave, spacious fridge and counter space make for easy meal prep. Dinette table collapses for sleeping and houses extra storage space. Dinette also works as great office area. Driver's and passenger chairs spin for added conversation area. Drivers chair is 6-way adjustable. Living room has pull out L-shaped sofa for added seating. It also unfolds for king-size bed. We never used the sofa as a bed, however. Cozy living room includes electric fireplace and large flatscreen tv. Bathroom has large shower and good size cabinet space. Bedroom provides good storage drawers and twin closets with mirrored doors. Queen size comfortable mattress open on both sides. Two slides - one in bedroom and one long slide for expanding living and dining room spaces. Exterior provides lots of storage space, outside shower - hot and cold water access, filtered water feature, motorized awning, motorized steps. Full body paint in excellent condition. We have all maintenance records and have kept the vehicle perfectly maintained. Option to buy towable Honda Fit (four down - 2013 model - last one to allow 4 down towing)for additional fee ($7000 if purchased with the rig) but it will include Blue Ox tow package and auxiliary braking system for no additional cost. We love this RV but must sell due to cancer diagnosis and required ongoing treatment.
