Fifth wheel with a bunk house and dual bathrooms in amazing condition and ready to go RVing. We've used it 3 times since we got it. It still smells new, and is very clean on the inside and out. The only issue I could find is that the front cap is starting to fade, and I've reflected that in the price. It has dual AC units which has no problem keeping up in the heat, a nice new Sony 32" TV for the main area, and a wall mounted LCD in the master. It has a King size bed that is very comfortable. Slide toppers on ALL slides and a power awning. Master bedroom closet has hookups for a washer dryer.This RV has a bunk house with dual slides, and 4 beds. It can easily sleep 4 or 5 in the bunk house and has a separate half bath. This was our 4th RV, so we've treated it well, and it's in really good shape. Wheels and tires are in perfect condition.
