This is an extremely well kept travel trailer in excellent condition that is set up for weekend getaways or reside in it full time. It comes with every imaginable option to include power awning, power stabilizers, power tongue jack, LED lights on the inside as well as outside, cover on roof vent, additional shelves throughout, upgraded fluorescent lights, extra drawers above sink, two LCD televisions with remotes in the bedroom and living room, and even a washer/dryer combo that was professionally installed. Should the buyer wish to not keep the washer/dryer, I can easily remove it and discount $500. I will have the title in hand in the next several days, as it was recently paid off.
