Excellent Condition. Large slide out with hide-a-bed and conventional table and chairs. It has a roomy bathroom. Camper is well maintained. Replaced bias ply tires with radials. It has "bearing buddies" - lubed before our last trip. We've put about 10,000 trouble free miles on it - towing it to Colorado and Florida (and quite a few short camping trips). We are selling because we are moving closer to kids/grandkids and need space to sleep more than four people. Unit includes a small flatscreen TV, set up for cable TV, FM stereo radio/CD/DVD player, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, good furnace and AC.MSRP was $32,209.35.
