This is a *MINT* 2005 Cedar Creek 362bts fifth wheel with quad bunks for sale. We bought this brand new and have taken GREAT care of it since. Brand new was just shy of $50,000. This RV is 36' long with three slides. It sleeps 10 people including quad bunks in the back that also slides out to give the kids their very own nice size bedroom. This model is very rare to find with the quad bunks. This room also has its own TV hook-up and a built in clothes hamper. Great when the kids want to invite their friends to come along. On the other end is a full size bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and that room slides out also. This bedroom also has a full size wardrobe closet and a lot of drawers for a lot of clothes. This room also has it own TV hook-up and a cute hideaway cabinet when the TV is not in use. There is also a nice size TV cabinet in the living area. The nice size TV also goes with this RV. The sofa pulls out to a bed that sleeps 2 and the table goes down to another bed that also sleeps 2. Nine foot ceilings in the dinning area with a ceiling fan. It has central air conditioning which works great. AM/FM/CD Full RV surround sound. . It has a lot of upgrades to it. It is a full fiberglass body. Big water tank. Lots of cabinet space and the cabinets are solid wood. 2 stools at the breakfast counter. Nice size double sink in the kitchen with a sprayer which comes in handy to wash the bigger pots and pans. Nice size 2 door refrigerator and freezer which runs off both gas and electric. Full size shower with a seat in it and a hand held shower head. Separate toilet for privacy. Washer/Dryer hookup. . It has day and night shades. Outdoor shower. A lot of underneath cabinet space for all your lawn chairs and BBQ's. Everything in and on this RV is mint. My husband takes HUGE pride in what we have. He even waxes the RV before going camping. We are only getting rid of it because our kids are all grown up now and we haven't used it much in the last three years. 2006 cedar creek rear bunkhouse model. sleeps 10. front slide with queen size bed, pull out sofa and dinette slide with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan, rear bunk room with slide and 4 bunk beds. excellent condition inside and out.
